We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
We accept payment by credit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover), if paying by credit card there is a 4% fee and a valid ID will be required. We also accept checks if not booking less than 15 days prior to check-in, or you can pay via Bank or Wire Transfer. Wire Transfers have a $16 fee for each wire.
All guest identities will be verified with a Government Issued Photo ID, Selfie and someone from our Company will meet you at time of check-in to verify your ID and Credit Card.
We do not collect a security deposit. Instead, we collect a $89 Damage Protection Insurance fee per unit, which covers up to $3,000 in accidental, non-intentional damage to the unit. If you choose not to do the Damage Protection Insurance – we require a $3,000 refundable security deposit – which will be refunded within 90 days of check-out.
Along with the Security Deposit Insurance fee, we also collect a cleaning fee, booking fee and a lodging tax.
If booking 15 days or less from time of arrival, the entire balance is due to book the property, otherwise we require 1/2 of the Rental Rate and if you chose to do the Refundable Security Deposit in lieu of the Damage Insurance the $3,000 Refundable Security Deposit will be due upfront with your 1st payment. The balance of your total will then be due 14 days prior to your check-in.
We offer several homes, some of which allow pets and some do not. You can either look at our properties online by clicking on the “vacation rentals” tab above and see if the home you are looking at allows pets. Or you can call our office at (858) 459-5491 and a receptionist would love to help find a home that is just right for you and your pet.
Events are strictly prohibited in all our properties.
Our La Jolla vacation homes are stocked in such a way that you always feel like you are coming “home” to your “vacation home” rather than returning to a small hotel room. Our homes have full kitchens which are fully stocked. You will be able to enjoy a full service home while you are on vacation rather than a small, cramped hotel room.
We provide all dinnerware and flatware, a variety of utensils for cooking/baking/serving/etc., all major and minor appliances including blender, toaster, and coffee maker, as well as non perishable spices and herbs have usually been left by other guests.
We provide Trash Can liners, Dish Detergent, Hand and Body Soap, Dishwasher soap, Kitchen Sponge, paper products to start off your stay, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, broom, and basic cleaning items as well as bed linens, bath towels and beach towels.
Appliances vary by unit, but most include Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Oven/Stove, Microwave, Blender, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Television, Wireless Internet, Alarm Clocks, Charcoal or Gas BBQ, Iron and Ironing Board. Please note that NOT all units are stocked with these appliances. Please inquire for amenities specific to a unit.
Yes, we provide all bed and bath linens.
We supply a limited amount of beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys and beach towels, however this may vary depending on the property – please contact us for specifics on each property.
You will find some kind of heating in all of our units, however we only have a limited amount of homes that have air conditioning. Thankfully, being on the coast we have a wonderful breeze that allows you to open the windows to cool off the home. We also provide fans, and additional fans can also be requested if needed. Several of our units have ceiling fans as well.
San Diego has an average temperature of about 70 degrees, so you should be fine in just about anything! If you are coming between November and May, it might be a good idea to pack a couple warmer sweaters and a waterproof jacket as well…just in case.

Our check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 a.m. We do offer early check-ins and late check-outs when available for an additional fee. With an early check-in you can check-in anytime after 12:00 and with a late check-out your check-out time would be moved to 3:00 pm.
San Diego enjoys beautiful weather year-round with an average daily temperature of 70.5 degrees Fahrenheit (21.4 degrees Celsius). A marked feature of the climate is the wide variation in temperature within short distances due to the topography of the land. You can enjoy coastal, mountain and desert environments all in the space of one day.
